The Columbia REN can support districts who want to develop a system to support the professional learning of mentors and build teacher leaders’ capacity for mentorship skills/practices. This project can be individualized for teacher and district needs and priorities. Participating districts will work with a design coach to develop a testable project.

Cohort Capacity: 2-3 schools or districts. The Columbia REN is prioritizing districts/schools who are able to embed the learning into current district/school structures, and who want to plan for future sustainability.
